After my years in London advertising agencies I set up my own business in 1984 with the sole objective to be different and to make a difference for my clients – both for their business AND themselves.
Local Sales and Marketing became a passion and through the eighties I provided sales and marketing resources to selected Audi/VW dealers in their local markets and introduced leading edge technology, developed by CACI and called A.C.O.R.N (A Classification of Residential Neighbourhoods). This was the early days of “database marketing” so dealers could profile their customers to understand their buying habits.
Through the nineties I sold various marketing software solutions to small and large organisations but at the start of every project the question was all about who the customer was. In the noughties used my then considerable sales and marketing expertise to help grow new and existing businesses.
Sales and marketing driven by customer profiling is a particular strength of mine as it combines all the elements of the marketing mix – get that right and you have a blueprint to market and get sales for any size of organisation. I have helped grow businesses in London, the South-East & East Anglia, especially in the local Norwich area and my focus with any client is to make things happen generate more sales. I pull together ideas to make a business successful and use my wealth of contacts to support me in areas where I need to bring in specialist expertise.
