In any business, people are what count. Get the right people around you and success will follow. And the same applies when I meet a prospective client for the first time – the “chemistry” MUST be right as trust and confidence is paramount.

I am positive and enthusiastic and love the challenge of moving a business forward and opening up new opportunities for them to grow through good customer management and sales and marketing practice. This includes people across all functions as everyone in the business is essentially “Selling” what the business does and creating a superior customer journey.

When I work with businesses, all information that is confidential, remains confidential and whilst I am representing a client in any way, I will conform to the requirements of that client. Whilst I am working with a client, I become part of their business and represent them as if I was an employee.
